Cycle synching your closet

Cycle synching is a really helpful method for adjusting your habits to accommodate the four seasons of your menstrual cycle. This guide is based on common experiences and energy levels but everyone is different and you can use it to create your own guide that follows your unique pattern.

Menstrual:

Utilize Pinterest. Create a wish list, shopping list, board that reflects your wardrobe, inspiration, get organized.

Save important wardrobe decisions for later, now is not the time to do a wardrobe purge or make expensive purchases.

Follicular:

Play in your own closet. Put together outfits, pair things you've never put together before, experiment and get creative with what you have.

Plan your organization, acquire materials that would make your daily wardrobe experience more enjoyable.

Ovulatory:

Go shopping in person, bring a friend! Wear something more daring or bold, plan an outing around an outfit you've been wanting to wear.

Luteal:

Clean out your closet, organize, mend, steam, iron, hand wash. Put in the care and work to make reaching in your closet easier and putting together outfits more enjoyable later.
